  IF anyone is interested in taking over the BLOG / CrossFit Salerno responsibilities, let me know.   It's my time to get back to the states and open up my own box!!   For those of you who followed the site and worked out with us on a daily basis, thanks it made the deployment bearable!!!

    Sophie, when I left there were no CF LVL 1 Trainers that came forward. I know there are still people that do CrossFit in the dojo... If you want to take over, I can give you the blog access rights, etc. Let me know..
