    Deadlift 7x1 - 135x5, 155x2, then 1x 175, 185, 195, 205, 215, 225, 235, 245(f)

    Bench press 5x3 - 95, 115, 125, 130, 135

    Pullups (band) 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
